I heard a saying that is so true: ‘If you have to squeeze love out of a man’s heart, he is not worth it.’ Zum gives his heart to me more and more, every day, and this is what makes Zum so valuable to me.

When I ask Zum for a kiss, he lifts his head eagerly towards my mouth!

All we really want is emotion. I am so grateful I have great emotion for my animals and they have great emotion for me! Kamar has always been my source of immense heart.

My determination to tame and gentle Zum this summer is unwavering. My loyalty to Zum and Zum’s happiness is permanent.

I feel like I am royalty when I am riding Zum out on the trails! The old world is giving way to the new.

I have learned not to give myself over to people without checking to see if they are connected and motivated by love. Every day I have to discern between people who are connected with the spirit of love and those who are fearful and stuck in an unhealthy trance. My love and my daily care for Zum keeps me centered in the spirit of true love.

Kamar is the leader for one of my guided trail rides and he is perfect! He loves being on the trail and he has no interest in retirement!

Riding Kamar in the brilliant, bright morning of the mountains near Santa Fe makes my soul sing.

The beauty of nature continues to dazzle me!
