Zum is accepting the saddle and the bridle easier. He is slowly learning that the saddle won’t hurt him.

Zum spooked and bolted yesterday. Luckily, I stayed on and I used the one-rein stop to get him to calm down and eventually stop in his tracks. I guess this is how I develop confidence in my ability to handle Zum.

Once is a mistake: twice is a habit. I am trying to forget the mistakes of the past and instill good habits every time I ride Zum on the trails.

I am riding Kamar bareback in my round pen. He loves to get out of his corral and he loves to be the center of my attention!

I have a new addition to my animal family. His name is Little Min and he is the sweetest, happiest and cutest little puppy! It is love at first sight for both of us!
